Meet Kathy McKinnon
Kathy grew up in Southeast Pennsylvania (Go EAGLES!), and graduated from the University of Delaware before moving to sunny Southwest Florida in 2000. She became a local and nationally decorated teacher in Cape Coral, teaching middle school science before following her House Hunters dream and venturing into the Florida Real Estate realm. She's loved the journey ever since!
With a technical mind, but a love for serving the community, Kathy quickly found her niche working with folks entering retirement and beyond, where she felt her strong sense of compassion blended perfectly with her skills in market analytics and contract negotiation.​Kathy has earned her Florida Broker license, and Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation from the National Association of Realtors, and in an effort to better serve her community, opened Point South Realty, in Bradenton, FL; a distinctive brokerage tailored to the specific desires and needs of Southwest Florida seniors and retirees, and those excited to call our beautiful corner of paradise HOME!
