Meet Kathy McKinnon
Kathy grew up in Southeast PA (Go EAGLES!) and attended the University of Delaware before moving to sunny Southwest FL in 2000. She began a teaching career in Cape Coral where she taught middle school science before following her House Hunters dream and earned her FL Real Estate license. She's loved the journey ever since! With a business mind but a love for serving the community, Kathy quickly found that her favorite folks to work with were those entering retirement and beyond where she felt her sense of compassion paired with her skills and expertise with market analytics and negotiation, perfectly blended .
Kathy has earned her Florida Broker license, and Senior Real Estate Designation from the National Association of Realtors, and in an effort to better serve her community, opened Point South Realty in Bradenton, FL; a unique brokerage catering to the specific wants and needs of Southwest Florida seniors and retirees, and those looking to call our beautiful corner of paradise HOME!
